These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by DropBots, a chatbot agency specializing in building and managing custom bots for clients. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services Provided
1. Bot Development and Management
   - DropBots specialises in creating tailored chatbot solutions integrated into various platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and custom platforms. Our services aim to enhance customer engagement, create leads, and generate sales.
   - We offer both flow-based chatbots and AI-mode chatbots, as well as a hybrid option of both. Clients can discuss specific setups and integrations by getting in touch with us.
 

2. Integrations
   - Google Sheets Integration: Send data collected from bots directly to a Google Sheet.
   - Zapier Integration: Connect DropBots with thousands of other apps for various automation tasks.
   - Make Integration: Connect DropBots with other applications through automation.
   - Note: We cannot take payments or make bookings directly in the chat. However, we can automate through systems like Zapier to send information directly to your booking provider or link to tools such as Calendly and payment pages.
 

Free Trial
Depending on your setup needs, we offer a 21-day free trial. During this period, we build your chatbot for free, and you can use it on your site for three weeks. At the three-week mark, you can choose to cancel free of charge or sign up for our monthly plan. The setup fee and the first month’s subscription will be charged retrospectively if you continue.
 

Pricing Packages
Starter Package
  - Setup Fee: £500
  - Monthly Fee: £40
  - Includes: 5,000 leads per month, integration on any website, data capture via Google Sheets, auto-appointment setting, 1 free update per month, predefined question flows.
 

Growth Package
  - Setup Fee: £650
  - Monthly Fee: £100
  - Includes: Unlimited leads, AI-Mode (ask me anything), dedicated developer, data capture via Google Sheets, auto-appointment setting, 1 free update per month, predefined question flows.
 

Advanced Package
  - Setup Fee: Determined in consultation
  - Monthly Fee: £150
  - Includes: Purpose-built integrations, unlimited leads, AI-Mode (ask me anything), dedicated developer, data capture via Google Sheets, auto-appointment setting, predefined question flows.
 

Updates
- For “Growth” and “Advanced” packages, a dedicated chatbot developer is provided to ensure the best possible outcome with our "Done For You" solution.
- The Starter package includes unlimited updates during onboarding and one free update per month.

Onboarding
- Onboarding can be completed within one week of receiving relevant business context scripts or details to train the chatbot. We assist in co-creating these materials to ensure high-quality outcomes.
 

Bot Training
- Flow-Based Chatbots: We help co-create documentation of relevant customer service or sales funnels.
- AI Mode: Requires a full business context of up to 65,000 characters, including your business, FAQs, and conversion funnel. We assist in creating this to ensure the best quality outcome.

AI Mode
- AI mode is trained on your business context and can make sensible assumptions and reference general knowledge if desired. The flexibility in AI mode’s responses can be adjusted according to client preferences, ensuring personalised customer interactions.
 

Data Requirements
- Flow-Based Chatbots: Requires documentation of relevant customer service or sales funnels.
- AI Mode: Requires a full business context of up to 65,000 characters, including your business, FAQs, and conversion funnel.
 

Billing
- The setup fee is charged once the chatbot is confirmed and the DropBots team has received all relevant information. The first month’s subscription will be charged on the date your chatbot goes live or at the end of your free trial, and will be billed monthly on the same date thereafter. Any changes to the subscription will be discussed with you in advance.
